At the start of lockdown, we created the Virtual Aesthetic Clinic to provide care and advice for our clients through a digital consultation system.
Throughout the last year, we've been able to chat with you one-on-one regarding your skin concerns, and provide a bespoke solution to help things improve.
We're proud to continue offering this online service as we transition out of lockdown and beyond!
What can the Virtual Aesthetic Clinic offer?
You can book a digital consultation where we can assist you with ZO Skin Health product recommendations, at-home LED Light Therapy devices, Skin needling and supplements.
All we ask from you is that you tell us about your current skincare regime and your skincare goals. Dr Ros, Katie and the rest of our team can then provide you with a tailored treatment plan, specific to you and your needs.
Why do I need a consultation?
Taking part in a consultation means that you'll definitely be prescribed the right products for your skin. ZO Skin Health treatments contain much higher concentrations of active ingredients than you'd find on the high street.
Therefore, we need to make sure you're using the right products, in the right way.
How does it work?
The consultation process is simple. We ask that you submit the following:
- 3 photos (front and side view)
- A short video if possible
- Fill out our online form
After you have completed these simple steps, we'll assess your requirements and put together a treatment plan.
You will then be given a special code and access to the whole site, where you can purchase the right products, first time.
