Returns

Due to the personal use of our products, The Virtual Aesthetic Clinic does not issue refunds unless an item arrive faulty.

Damaged or Faulty 

If a product arrives faulty or damaged we will send a replacement item, simply email us and we will do our best to help you.

Shipping

Lockdown Aesthetics provide free U.K. shipping on orders over £100.

If your order is under £100, you will be charged £3.95 per order for First Class Delivery. We do not currently offer shipping to destinations beyond the United Kingdom.

Handling Time

Orders will be dispatched within 2-3 days of your initial purchase.

Transit Time

Once dispatched our products usually take between 2-3 working days to arrive.
